Understand who can do what in your workspace
Two Roles, Clear Responsibilities
LogHue uses a simple role system to keep workspaces organized:
⭐ Admin Admin
Admins are workspace leaders. They have full control over the workspace and can:
- Create, edit, and close tasks
- Review all work and logs
- Add and remove members
- Change member roles
- Update workspace settings
- Archive or transfer the workspace
👤 Member Member
Members are the core contributors. They can:
- Create tasks
- Log their work
- Participate in discussions
- View all workspace content
- Leave the workspace
Members cannot change settings or manage other members.

Changing Roles
Admins can change a member's role at any time:
- Go to Settings → Members
- Find the member you want to change
- Click "Promote to Admin" or "Demote to Member"
- Confirm the change
Every workspace should have at least one admin.
Leaving a Workspace
Members can leave a workspace anytime:
- Go to Settings → Members
- Click "Leave Workspace"
Note: Admins cannot leave a workspace without first transferring ownership to another admin.
